South East Counties Womens Football League – Premier Div - Nov 13th 2005
Hassocks 3 Haywards Heath Town 0
In a game that promised so much for a return to form for Heath never materialised. Heath started slowly and poor marking allowed two long range shots to end up in the Heath net in the first twenty minutes. Heath threatened on occasions but never put enough pressure on the Hassocks defence.
In the second half the pattern of the game continued and the tempo for a local derby was very disappointing. Hassocks scored again with fifteen minutes remaining to close out the game. Heath will need to improve in all departments for the visit of Littlehampton next week. Catherine Diffey was voted Heath's player of the match.
Sarah Woods, who last season was Hassocks Keeper, made her debut for Heath in the 2nd half
